I-kapha dosha ibonisa izinto zamanzi nomhlaba. U-Kapha ukholelwa ukuba nguye ojongene namandla, ukhuseleko kunye nokukhula. Iziko zomzimba ze-Kapha zizifuba, imiphunga kunye nomsila wamanzi. Abantu abaphethe i-kapha njenge-dosha yabo ephambili bacingelwa ukuba bazolile, babe nesigqeba somzimba oqinileyo, kwaye banokufumana isifo sikashukela, ukunyamezela, ukuxinwa kwe-sinus kunye neengxaki ze-gallbladder.

I-pitta dosha idibanisa umlilo kunye namanzi. Kucingelwa ukulawula i-hormone kunye nenkqubo yokutya. Izidumbu zomzimba zasePitta ziintlungu ezincinci, isisu, izigulane zomzimba, isikhumba, igazi kunye namehlo.
